These terms shall not be construed as referring to any other unrelated services or platforms. “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “The Community” refer to Hyperion Servers as an organization, including its administrators, owners, and affiliates.
2. User Responsibility You, the donor, are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Panel is accurate and complete. This includes donation amount, selection of any associated benefits, and your identifying information. We are not responsible for user errors or donations made in mistake, including misunderstandings or misinterpretations of donation tiers, rewards, or other content.
3. Refund Policy All donations are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of Hyperion Servers management in the following cases:
A technical or administrative error occurred on our part or the platform’s. The donation was processed incorrectly due to our system's failure or misconfiguration. Refund requests based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with digital content or server operations will not be honored. All refund decisions are final and made at our discretion.
4. Chargeback Policy By donating, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution, payment provider, or intermediary platform. Any attempt to circumvent this policy through fraudulent claims or unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to Hyperion Servers and its services.
We reserve the right to take legal or collection action against users who initiate false or malicious chargebacks.
